The NQP document was adopted in June 2015 by the Council of Ministers, following a process that dates back to 2012 and implemented as part of the Quality Programme phase 2 (2007-2012). The action plan adopted at the same time as the NQP document covers a period of three years. Its implementation started in May 2016, based on a quantification of the activities contained in the action plan, carried out with the support of the WAQSP. This Mali NQP, whose action matrix was validated in May 2016, was developed taking into account the orientations of ECOQUAL.
